Dear Brady:

On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of The LandTrust for
Central North carolina, I would like to express our sincere
appreciation to your and your team for your professionalism,
creativity, and most of all, the outstanding food that was served at
RiverDance 2006.  Everything was perfect, with great attention to
detail.

The buffet table was elegant and well-appointed.  You took great
pains to coordinate with our theme and color scheme, and the result
was enchanting.  The bars were beautifully set up, and the bartenders
were professional and attentive.  Guests raved about the food, from
the beautifully presented canapés to the delicious dessert bars!  The
tenderloin was melt-in-your-mouth, and the pepper and mushroom
chicken absolutely wonderful.  Your crab cakes were especially well
received!

The Right Touch is, without a doubt, the best catering firm that I
have ever used.  I look forward to working with your on RiverDance
2007!

Dear Right Touch Catering Staff,

Thank you so much for making our wedding celebrations so awesome!  The
staff worked extremely hard, (espectially Friday night during tropical storm
Tammy!) and did a wonderful job.  :)

The food was great, and everyone truly enjoyed themselves.  Our families
loved having the leftover food from Friday to have lunch for the wedding
party the day of the wedding.  It was much appreciated!

We look forward to doing more business with you all soon, and thank you
once again for everything!

Just a short note to express our gratitude for your expert service in making our company's Grand Opening event a major success.

Everyone I've talked to had nothing but words of praise for the quality of the food, the waitstaff and the service. Even the large contingent from our parent company in the Netherlands was impressed.

The food was excellent, served on time and without incident. The bars were well staffed and the waitstaff served the wine very attentively at tableside. Our veggie/cheese table was beautiful and bountiful and the baked brie was delicious. Your attention to every detail was noticed and much appreciated. Thank you again for a job well done!

Dear Brady,

On behalf of Dow Corning, I would like to thank and commend your staff who catered our safety Bash on November 12. They operated in very cramped conditions without complaining, kept everything refilled, and even went back for more tea when we ran out.

They seemed truly interested in making the event a success in whatever way was necessary with an attitude that was cooperative and pleasant. Also, they helped clean up afterwards.

In short, they were a pleasure to work with in such a stressful environment. Your staff always does an exceptional job, never any mistakes, but with the magnitude of people to feed at the Safety bash, their efforts are to be commended.
